By purchasing art from Sally Farrington Art, you agree to the following terms. Art listed is original work by Sally Farrington unless stated otherwise. Prints available are created from original works by Sally Farrington
- Copyright and Intellectual Property
Artist Retains Copyright: The artist retains all intellectual property rights and copyright to the artwork, including reproductions and digital images.
No Reproduction: The buyer may not reproduce, license, or sell prints of the artwork without written consent from the artist.
- Sales and Payment
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Price listed does not include shipping.
Ownership: Legal ownership passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment: Payments are securely processed via PayPal.
- Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Items are generally shipped within 5 business days. Any delays will be clearly communicated
Costs: Shipping costs are not included in price. As size/framing method can have a big impact on shipping costs, buyer will be charged for shipping based on the actual shipping costs, including any customs fees, taxes, and duties
- Returns, Refunds, and Damages
Final Sale: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Damaged Goods: If artwork arrives damaged, you must contact Sally Farrington within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damage.
Responsibility: Once delivered, the risk of damage or loss is transferred to the buyer.
- Accuracy of Artwork
Representation: Colors may vary due to screen settings. The artist makes reasonable efforts to display artwork accurately.
Condition: Original artwork may have slight imperfections due to the handmade process.
